Hey There!

I love making data useful to people! In my professional work I’ve done data manipulation, systems administration/engineering, and untangled data lineages. I float between the SQL, Python, JavaScript, and Linux ecosystems, where I’ve used a variety of dialects, frameworks, and libraries.

Most recently, I earned my Masters of Science in Information Studies at The University of Texas at Austin, with specializations in Data Analytics and AI & Machine Learning.

Previously, I got my Bachelor’s at Rochester Institute of Technology (in interactive media software development) and I was the Collections Information Specialist at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, where I worked managed the ETL pipeline from the collections database to the website, cleaned data, and repaired metadata linkages between records.

Outside of work and school I enjoy tea, immersive experiences blending the real world with technology, and my “data hobby” is datasets of cultural institutions (which is also why I worked at a museum when the chance presented itself 😊).
